Blade Size

Our shutters are available in four different blade sizes, giving you the flexibility to choose the perfect fit for your windows.

For a traditional look, we offer the 64mm blade size, which is great for small windows or those with narrower window jambs. These shutters offer a bit more privacy than wider blades and provide more slats in your window, ensuring greater privacy while still allowing in natural light.

The 76mm blade size is a mid-sized option that has been gaining popularity recently. It strikes the perfect balance between the 64mm and 89mm sizes, working well for most applications and providing ample privacy and natural light.

The 89mm blade size is by far the most popular choice for homes in New Zealand. These shutters provide a larger slat that allows plenty of natural light to enter the room, while still offering great privacy when tilted. When in the horizontal position, you can enjoy a clear view of the outside.

For extra-large windows, we offer the 114mm blade size. These shutters have extra-large blades that provide even more natural light, making them perfect for windows with a view.

Color

Our PVC shutters are available in a standard range of whites and creams, providing a timeless and classic look for your home. However, if you’re looking for a more customised option, we also offer the ability to paint them with most Resene or Dulux colours, allowing you to perfectly match your shutters to your decor.

PVC shutters have excellent colour fastness, meaning they are highly resistant to fading or discoloration over time. Unlike other materials like wood, PVC shutters are not affected by exposure to sunlight, and their colour remains vibrant and consistent. Tilt Options

Clearview: Our Clearview tilting mechanism is a popular choice for those who value a clear and unobstructed view from their windows. With this mechanism, the tilt rod is located on the back of the shutter panel, rather than in the middle of the panel. This allows for a wider view and a cleaner, more modern look.

Plantation bar: The Plantation Bar tilting mechanism is a classic option that adds a touch of elegance to your shutters. With this mechanism, a horizontal bar is used to tilt the shutters open and closed, providing a traditional plantation shutter look.

Concealed Clearview: For those who want the benefits of the Clearview mechanism but prefer a more streamlined look, our Concealed Clearview mechanism is the perfect solution. With this mechanism, the tilt rod is hidden behind the panel, providing an unobstructed view and a clean, modern look.
